Dr. Aishwarya Tomar is the Founder and Research Director of Viksit Bharat Research Lab. She completed her Ph.D. at BITS Pilani, Pilani Campus (2022–2025), with a thesis on "Beta-Gallium Oxide based heterostructures for sensing applications." She holds an M.Tech in Electronics and Communication from H.B.T.U Kanpur (2019–2021) and a B.Tech in Electronics and Communication from P.S.I.T Kanpur (2013–2017).
She received the Best Paper Award at the International Symposium on VLSI Design and Test (VDAT 2025) for her work on "Prediction of Reverse Bias Leakage Current in Al0.3Ga0.7N/GaN HEMT Devices Using Machine Learning and Ensemble Modeling."
